Shipping destinations
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, eligible European countries, Haiti, and other destinations available at checkout.

Free standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for eligible online orders to supported destinations. Express shipping, remote-area delivery, special handling, and negotiated wholesale freight may have an additional charge, which will be shown or confirmed before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates
Standard orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Transit normally takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total delivery time of 7–17 business days. Remote destinations, including some areas of Haiti and other international locations, may take longer. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email or contact information provided at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes not collected at checkout. Customs processing may cause additional delays.

Address accuracy
Please verify the recipient name, shipping address, phone number, and postal code before placing your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after fulfillment begins.

Wholesale and custom orders
For wholesale, OEM, ODM, custom-made, and other negotiated orders, the production lead time, shipping method, shipping cost, and delivery terms stated in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement take precedence over this general policy.
